Robot Rabbit

Robot Rabbit is a 1953 Warner Bros. Looney Tunes cartoon directed by Friz Freleng. The short was released on December 12, 1953, and stars Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd. In the short, Bugs Bunny faces off against Farmer Fudd's robot.

  • [last lines as he walks away] Ya know, someday, these scientists are gonna invent something that will "outsmart" a rabbit.

Dialogue edit

Elmer Fudd: I'll fix that Wabbit for good this time! You-Hoo, mr Wabbit! I have a suwpwise for you!
Bugs: For me? Well. Let me have it!
Elmer Fudd: I'll let you have it! Here it is! [shoots down the rabbit hole]
Bugs Bunny: You got me, doc. Ah... I'm goin'... gulp... everything is gettin' dark. Ugh... I'm gonna kick the bucket. [Literally kicks a bucket]
Elmer Fudd: Hooway! The wabbit kicked the bucket!
Both: [dances around] The rabbit kicked the bucket, the rabbit kicked the bucket, the rabbit kicked the bucket, the rabbit kicked the bucket.
[Elmer stops singing, when he realized that Bugs tricked him.]
Bugs: The rabbit kicked the rabbit! The bucket kicked the rabbit! [shakes Elmer's hand, with a British accent] Thank you so very much for the dance! You dance divinely! [kisses Elmer, normal voice] And away we go!
