My Adventures with Superman is a animated superhero series based on the DC Comics character Superman.

Season 1 (2023)

9. Zero Day Part 2

Jimmy: [addressing the people of Metropolis via social media] Hi, Birdwatchers. You know me as Flamebird, but my real name is Jimmy Olsen - Superman's best friend.

Lois: And I'm Lois Lane, Superman's... [blushes] a reporter for the Daily Planet. Metropolis is under attack. Superman is out there right now, defending us, but he can't do this on his own. When I first met Superman, I didn't know how to feel. He was stronger than us, faster, more powerful, and every single day he went out there... and used that power to help us. People have told you to fear Superman because he's different from us - but we humans are capable of causing hurt and pain too. Because of greed. Because we want to punish those who don't look or act like us. Because of fear. But... we're also capable of greatness. It's what we choose to do that matters. Superman's made his choice. It's our turn, Metropolis.

Jimmy: So please, turn off your power. Shut off your building's breakers, your generators - do anything you can to starve Parasite of energy!

Lois: Superman has saved this city over and over again. It's time for us to save Superman!

Parasite: [preparing to crush Superman] YOU... LOSE!

[Citizens start turning off their power all over the city, depriving Parasite of energy and weakening him. Superman hears them all whispering to each other to have faith in him.]

Parasite: WHAT DID YOU DO? YOU DID SOMETHING! YOU CHEATED AGAIN!

Superman: Dr. Ivo, I know you're in there - please stand down! I won't let you hurt the people of this city, or anyone, ever again.

Parasite: YOU AREN'T THE HERO HERE! YOU'RE NOT EVEN HUMAN! YOU TURNED ME INTO A MONSTER!!!

Superman: You chose to be a monster, Ivo.

[Using his X-ray vision, he sees Ivo's real body inside his giant Parasite armour]

Parasite: THEN WHAT DOES THAT MAKE AN ALIEN FREAK LIKE YOU?!

Superman: Don't you read the paper? [flies right through the armour, tearing Ivo out of it] I'm Superman.

Season 2 (2024)

5. Most Eligible Superman

Kara: Kal-El from Krypton! I answered your call. The beacon reached me across your galaxy, the only other Kryptonian in existence, and I arrive only to see you brought me to this... sickening display.

Superman: You're Kara? You're my cousin?

Kara: And you're a disappointment. I thought I would find a warrior. Instead, I find a joke. A lap dog serving as entertainment to a weak and dissolute world. I'm not saying there aren't temptations here, but a true Kryptonian pushes through. This planet has made you soft.

Superman: What are you saying?

Kara: You have two choices. Join me in conquering this planet or kneel before the new Kryptonian Empire.

6. The Machine Who Would Be Empire

[Superman is pitted against three Brainiac units within holograms of a Thanagarian, a creature resembling a Parademon and one with a Green Lantern ring]

Superman: Who are these people?

Primus Brainiac: A means to measure your potential. You are familiar with the Kryptonian mind scan, are you not? Consciousness preserved in a holographic form. These scans are all that's left of those that did not comply with the original Kryptonian Empire. Their hatred and anguish? [chuckling] It's perfect for training our warriors.

[The Green Lantern hologram sheds tears as he snarls at Superman]

Superman: [shocked] This is... this is too cruel!

Primus Brainiac: "Cruel" is a word created by the weak.

Superman: Kara said you wanted to bring back the best of Krypton! The technology, the scientific advancements!

Primus Brainiac: How do you think we made those advancements? War was the engine which fuelled the empire. This was my Krypton.
