- I see no reason to do any deep investigation on him. That's simply not my "job". I only blocked that user as it was an emergency (ongoing vandalism after several warnings and no local functionary, means admin was available). I'm not supposed to act here as a "normal" admin, I will most likely only act when it really is urgent and needed. And those very few edits by an IP did not warrant to use my global access here.
