New layout for this template is probably appropriate

Currently the layout is in this form:

I believe that some of the ways date pages HAVE already been used in the past should be incorporated into suggestions on the page, and the general statement changed to reflect the presence of such options, and perhaps an incorporated adoption of some options. I had been planning to leave for at least a few hours, and soon will do so, but have already altered the notice displayed to better reflect the existing and potential options for these pages:
