Falsely cited statement added by a vandal on 4 February 2013
edit- "A painting is complete when it has the shadows of a god."
- I have removed this statement apparently made up by a vandal using IP 169.157.13.143 (talk · contributions), who crudely copied citations of other valid quotes to make it seem a legitimate addition.
In the years since it has proliferated on the internet, and even shown up in two published works as an attribution, one in 2015, and 2021.
I do not believe it should retain a spot in the article space, even as a credible misattribution, but merely remain mentioned here, as a clear incident of unfortunate vandalism. ~ ♞☤☮♌︎Kalki ⚚⚓︎⊙☳☶⚡ 20:08, 14 July 2022 (UTC)
