Removed copyvio text

I've removed the text originally copied to this article because it was apparently copied verbatim from H.I.M. Haile Selassie I, from BobMarley.com, as could be seen by the identical introductory text. The speech itself may not be covered by copyright, and may be able to be transwikied to Wikisource. (See s:Portal:Speeches/Copyright for more information.) Added sources

I've now added preliminary sources for all the current quotes in this article. They aren't completely satisfactory, but I hope they'll do for now until we can get better ones. In particular, the Reggae.com website has a 525k Alexa rating, which is insufficiently reliable, but it does offer the full text without unmarked editorializing, unlike the BobMarley.com website. The Harvard Rhetorical Society page comes from the Harvard Computer Society (Alexa rank 1039), but it includes an attribution of the material to "William Safire's Lend me Your Ears (Cobbett Corp., 1997)", which doesn't make clear whether only the prefacing paragraph is what is excerpted, or if the entire webpage, which includes both an "Edited Speech" and a "Full-Length Speech" section, is pulled from the book.
