Hi, nice name you've chosen. It's a work of Disraeli's if I'm not mistaken.
I'm working intensely on the conservative section of https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Template:Social_and_political_philosophers such as the https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Template:Conservatism_navbox more generally, and thought, maybe you have something to contribute?!
