Personal quotes
editAn article that you've created, When it All Goes Wrong Again, has been nominated for deletion at Wikiquote:Votes for deletion (VfD). Another one, Amir W. Khalifa, created by an anonymous user, was nominated at the same time, as it appears to concern the same subject. Based on the information available in these articles and found on the web, it seems likely that these are your personal quotes. Wikiquote reserves its quote articles for people and creative works that have already gained notability in historical and mainstream media. (Please read Wikiquote:FAQ, What Wikiquote is not, and w:Wikipedia:Vanity guidelines for more information about writing articles about yourself and why Wikimedia Foundation projects do not accept such material.)
You are, however, welcome to include your own quotes (as well as those of family, friends, etc.) on your own user page, User:Awkshs2007. In fact, if you wish, we can move either of these two articles to be your initial user page. You can, of course, create one for yourself and copy the quotes from both as well. ~ Jeff Q (talk) 12:39, 16 May 2006 (UTC)
- By the way, I also see that m:User:Awkshs2007 (presumably also you) created a personal webpage on Meta as well, then recreated it under a slightly different name after it was speedy-deleted. I highly recommend you read the above infomation as soon as possible, before other editors get the idea that you are not editing in good faith. If you have any questions about this, please post a message to me on my talk page. Thank you for your cooperation. ~ Jeff Q (talk) 13:00, 16 May 2006 (UTC)
