- The line in question was "Oh, shit!" by an anonymous combine soldier. It would be like cataloging every wail of pain by the stormtroopers that got shot in Star Wars. I can't think of any time those words, as a last line, is really worth mentioning unless, for example, the person in question were killed by a huge pile of falling manure ala the many Tannens in Back to the Future. Even then it is questionable because it is a visual joke and not a quote. -- Greyed 19:07, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

- Yes, it was related to the question. I had just removed a line from the main page and that person was asking if the line was ok if it was the only line from the character. I started off pointing out what the line was and why it was not appropriate. -- Greyed 19:09, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

- First off, be civil. Second off, that is exactly what I am referring to as well. As I had explained the person who posed that question, 199.247.128.250, had just put a quote on the article which consisted off a throw-away character saying, "Oh shit!" I removed the addition with the comment of "Do we really need a recording of the non-notable last words of anonymous fodder?" They then posted here asking the question above. I replied explaining why the quote they just added was removed and why, even though it was the throw-away character's only coherent line, it wasn't worth keeping. -- Greyed 00:58, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
- I second that evaluation. The line is meaningless as a quote. It is common, unimaginative, uninteresting, and comes from a character of no significance. BD2412 T 01:30, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
