Inspiration

edit

Thanks for your work in creating this page - but many of the quotes you placed there do not have sources. Without them, they will soon be moved to the Talk page while they await sourcing. If you have sources for them, please add them. Thanks. ~ UDScott 14:31, 9 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Looks great! Thanks for your work on improving the page. ~ UDScott 16:24, 10 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Collapsing of the variants....

edit

Thanks for adding the collapse option on the Edmund Burke page — this permits a retention of the numerous variants without requiring a full display of them all the time. A very good solution. ~ Kalki (talk · contributions) 14:47, 18 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Question about H. P. Lovecraft edit

edit

Hi, you made an edit which added Lovecraft's "I am Providence" quote and said that it was "derived from a quote of St. Athanasius of Alexandria"...but do you know of any source that confirms that Lovecraft was intentionally quoting St. Athanasius, or is this just your own inference? A 3-word phrase like that could easily have been coincidentally used by different authors. Hypnosifl 03:04, 1 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, my mistake...you had made an edit which rearranged the order of the quotes so the "I am Providence" one appeared in a place it hadn't before, I mistook that for adding it. Turns out it was added in this edit by "Dark Shadow", I left a note on their talk page. Hypnosifl 16:47, 1 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
