User talk:Cirt/Archive 3
Note to self re DanielTom
I made overtures to move forward collaboratively with DanielTom but was told I "should be in prison". DIFF
My 2nd post, in which I apologized for past behavior and asked for advice from the user on how to move past our prior difficulties and get along collaboratively, was called "harassment". DIFF
I will, of course, give it a rest from posting to this user's talk page, but I'm wondering after this much time has passed, what could be done to try to move forward positively to work together in a collaborative spirit.
Peace dove to Ningauble rejected
I extended a w:Template:Peace dove to Ningauble.
Unfortunately, this individual chose to page blank it off their user talk page.
Oh well, I tried an extension of good faith.
It does indeed feel quite depressing to be rejected in such a manner.
Village Pump rankings
I thank you for ranking your preferences for a Quote-of-the-Day image policy and a New-Pages image policy. At the top of each section, I wrote, "Please feel free to give as many of the options as you wish 0s, 1s, 2s, and 3s, but please only give your favourite option a ranking of 4." You gave a 'four' to three of the Quote-of-the-Day Image Policy suggestions instead of just your favourite. Which one was your favourite of those three? You also gave a 'four' to two of the New-Pages Image Policy suggestions instead of just your favourite. Which of the two was your favourite? Cheers, allixpeeke (talk) 02:12, 24 October 2015 (UTC)
at Jim Henson discussion
additinal comment, not directly relevant to the VfD discussion, I think I share the concern of Ningauble on your wording. When we were worried on Kalki's bizarre pleasure, and then I think I shared with concerns of its effect, specially for other project admins and checkusers' burden, your wording were also my concerns. Your eagerness sometimes seemed to eat you up. You have not to escalate your wording to discuss a matter, moreover to persuade someone else. You are smart - so I expect you are so smart to control your tongue; as the Book said it's most difficult thing for us the mortal though. Cheers, --Aphaia (talk) 06:25, 25 October 2015 (UTC)
