When people are not interested in responsibly contributing to the development of the project incidents of their deliberate vandalism can result in IP addresses or usernames being blocked from editing.

This IP address has been blocked for 7 days after repeated bad faith edits of Wikiquote:Votes for deletion, specifically:
- removing others' proper votes
- removing another editor's comments
- disguising a second vote by forging signature with a fake user name
- disguising a third vote by forging signature with an IP address other than the one used
