A bunch of stuff pulled from this article

A bunch of quotes were pulled out of this article (i.e., deleted here) to put in articles on the "North Wind," "West Wind," "East Wind," and "South Wind." This seems like a really odd choice.... While it could be debated if articles as specific as those are needed, why not leave the material in this article, as this is a more sensible place for people to look. Cannibalizing general articles to produce rather narrow articles doesn't seem right. Not the best analogy, but I wouldn't go to the article about Weather and break it into a "Cold Weather" and a "Warm Weather" article, even though these are conceptually different....
