@Islahaddow: The Prod notice gives you 7 days protection against deletion so suggest you do not remove it until a couple of sourced quotes have been added. If you remove the prod notice prior to adding those quotes and linking to enWQ then your risk a VFD notice that would have to stay in place for training. Its possible you can adapt your training to show your trainee's best practice of handling a prod (or other deletion type tag on their article) on their article.

• For prod's. DON'T PANIC. There's 7 days to resolve the problem. Resolve it, asking for help if necessary. And when you think you've resolved it then remove the PROD. And if you can't resolve it (usually this mean notability problems you can't fix but it might be unworthy quotes).
• VFD. These run for 7 days. Under no circumstances remove the VFD notice. Improve the article to address the problem asking for advice if necessary and then vote with the reason why you have a defence against the deletion claim.
• Copyright Violation. THIS IS SERIOUS. Never remove these. You can look at older versions in the article history. Attempt to see where the copy has come from. Be humble. Acknowledge that you see the problem. If you know you've done a cut and paste admit it, if you try to hide it it will work against you. Generally sysops will be more sympathetic to people who own up to their mistakes, listen, and learn from them. Attempts at cover ups will count against you.
