What source to use: both should be credited edit
I have a dilemma: I have just added a quote from an Axios article quoting another publication Bloomberg Law which is normally paywalled. I have access to the bloomberg article, but from previous experience this access will soon expire. My dilemma is which publication should I use for the quote?
