U.S. Representative from Maryland (1951-2019)

Elijah Cummings (18 January 1951 – 17 October 2019) was an American politician of the Democratic Party who served as the U.S. Representative for Maryland's 7th congressional district from 1996 to 2019. He previously served in the Maryland House of Delegates.
