Winx Club: The Mystery of the Abyss (Italian: Winx Club - Il mistero degli abissi) is a 2014 Italian CGI animated film based on the television series Winx Club. It is the third film in the Winx Club franchise after Winx Club: The Secret of the Lost Kingdom and Winx Club 3D: Magical Adventure. It was directed and produced by series creator Iginio Straffi, who also co-wrote the film with Sean Molyneaux.
The film takes place after the fifth season of the animated series. It follows the Winx fairies as they work to bring balance back to the Infinite Ocean after the Trix, a trio of witches, team up with a nymph named Politea to find a pearl and destroy the source of the fairies' power.

- Stormy: Yeah, we'd better move it. The Emperor's Throne awaits.
- Icy: Thanks to its' power, we'll be unbeatable.
- Darcy: But are we sure it isn't dangerous?
- Stormy: Dangerous how?
- Darcy: If the Winx find out that we're back...
- Icy: Oh, them. They won't be a concern.
- Darcy: Why not?
- Icy: The humans are polluting all the oceans of the world, and that weakens the balance of the Infinite Ocean.
- Stormy: Of course. The Infinite Ocean is connected to all the oceans of Magix. It's the perfect chance to exploit their foolishness.
- Darcy: The throne of the Infinite Ocean remains without a ruler, and pollution upsets its' balance.
- Stormy: It's the perfect moment to become empresses...
- Darcy: ...and the Winx can do nothing to stop us.
- Icy: Once we're on the throne, we'll absorb all the power and become queens.
- Darcy: That is if your Tritannus doesn't get in the way.
- Icy: Tritannus won't be a problem ever again. He's a prisoner in the Oblivion, and that's where he'll stay. The throne is ours. Let's go get it.
- Stormy: Oh, yeah! Trix rule!
- Icy: Just...who are you?
- Politea: I am Politea.
- Icy: Politea?!
- Darcy: But how? We beat you.
- Politea: Ha! You didn't beat me! After my physical body was destroyed, my spirit still lived on. But I required pollution from Earth's oceans to revitalize me.
- Icy: Are you saying there is a power greater than that of the Emperor's Throne?
- Tritannus: I...remember. The Winx!
