Wikiquote: on-topic notable, quotable quotes, not long editorials or COATRACK

I am concerned by your edits to articles on my watchist. For example, you recently added considerable material to Joe Biden that is primarily editorializing about US guilt for Israel's actions in Gaza. Please try to improve Wikiquote by adding useful quotes people might be looking for rather than making use of Wikiquote to showcase extensive editorials about how terrible Israel, the US, Ukraine, Biden etc. are.
