Wikipedia has had repeated problems with promotional attempts to re-create articles about Azhari, see Mizanur_Rahman_Azhari and this deletion discussion. This is why I deleted the article you created. There is a draft submitted to see if enough RS has accumulated about Azhari for an article, so I am watching that page to see if it is accepted.
