Ghanaian politician and parliamentarian
Hon. Ursula Owusu-Ekuful (born 20 October 1964) is a Ghanaian lawyer, women's rights activist, and a politician who has been actively involved in politics and public service representing Ablekuma West Constituency. She is currently the Minister of Communications and Digitalisation.
