Talk:Star Wars: The Clone Wars (film)
This article falls within a proposed limits on quotations policy.
The subject of this article is a film, and as a result, the proposal would set a limitation of five quotes per hour (about one quote every 12 minutes). If you would like to add another quote to the page, you should consider whether to remove one that is already there in order to keep within the bounds of fair use of copyright material. |
Someone should improve on that page and stop putting up that deletion template.(66.121.167.14 18:35, 27 February 2009 (UTC))
I agree this page needs more character Quotes.(Dennys 03:29, 11 April 2009 (UTC))
It is not a 98 minute film this film was at least one hour.(Dennys 20:08, 27 April 2009 (UTC))
- Yes, it is a 98 minute film; and yes, that is more than an hour. If you are not sure of how to calculate this, please leave it to those who are. ~ Ningauble 21:56, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
Expanding the page
editThis page needs some expansion. I want to see this page a big one and it is more than 98 minutes. Did InvisibleSun even seen the Clone Wars?(Dennys 17:45, 7 May 2009 (UTC))
- I would always prefer that those who have seen a film, program, etc. do the work of trimming it to meet copyright concerns; but if none of them will do this, then it will have to be done by someone else — in this particular case, by me.
As for the film being more than 98 minutes, I arrived at that figure because it is the one given in the Wikipedia article. If you believe this to be incorrect, I would suggest that you correct the WP article, providing evidence for your claim.
I don't see, Dennys, any recognition here on your part that we need be concerned about copyright. It's a serious matter, however, for a site like this. Many, if not most, of the works on Wikiquote are under the protection of copyright. Guidelines to deal with this problem are good judgment, and more besides; the only reason we haven't been shut down by Wikimedia is because we began to take action, and have continued to act, in trimming pages for copyright issues. - InvisibleSun 23:55, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
Dialogue
editHow long is the Dialogue have to be? 8 quotes? 9 Quotes? 10 Quotes? I see a medium sized dialogue instead of a small one.(Dennys 20:29, 30 June 2009 (UTC))
