Notability tested

Japanese Wikipedia happened to have an article on the author, w:ja:固山一鞏. Strangely, they give another year as his birth year: not 1283, but 1360. Regretfully both articles don't cite any references, we cannot determine now which is right. --Aphaia (talk) 17:49, 6 September 2021 (UTC)

Ah, not only birth date, but also the pronunciation of his name would be incorrect. All sources I found name him "Ikkyo". The book our editor quoted seems to make a mistake. --Aphaia (talk) 17:51, 6 September 2021 (UTC)

Article moved

I renamed this article following the Japanese sources mentioned above. Now I'm doubting if we can rely on the source from which the original editor quoted. If someone wrote on authors but always misspelled, does it just mean his research is poor? --Aphaia (talk) 08:36, 7 September 2021 (UTC)
