Beside quotes about the term "Electrical engineering", this articles gives a listing of quotes of pioneers of electrical engineering: quotes they made in general about their work, and beliefs about their profession. Now I choose a chronologically arrangement, because of the immense development in the field: from the early experiments on magnetism and electricity since the 18th century, the development of the electrical equipment beginning in the second half of the 19th century and the diversification of the field in the 20th century.
