Notability question

For testing his or her notability, I scan those categories of the Japanese Wikipedia:

• 18C Japanese haiku poets
• 1739 birth
• 1778 death

Although they are no of perfection, regretfully I haven't found correspondent article in this person. Also traditionally leaving death poem has been a custom among educated Japanese, just leaving a death poem isn't dubious to introduce this author as "a poet" to our readers. I would welcome all additional information on this person with a good faith, but at this point, he or she might be too obscure to keep in my opinion. --Aphaia (talk) 12:06, 21 August 2021 (UTC)
