    • Who: Jor-El
    • Note: While near to send his son Kal-El to Earth, Jor says these words before fighting Zod and, after Lara successfully launches the spacecraft with Kal and the Codex in it, Zod stabs and kills him. The second line is said by the AI in the Kryptonian ship, before Zod terminates him.
  • Lady Lara, the Phantom prods are coming online.
    • Who: Kelex

    • Who: General Zod

    • Who: Senator Barrows
    • Note: Said shortly before the explosion at the congressional hearing.
  • Let me say at the outset that I'm grateful to our witness for coming before us today. This is how a democracy works. We talk to each other. We act by the consent of the governed, sir. I have sat here before, to say that shadow interventions will not be tolerated by this committee. And neither will lies. Because today is a day for truth. Because only by speaking-- Only by working together can we-C-Can we-Can we create a free and a-
