English: Entry for Hosea Williams (photograph plus text) in 'Individuals involved in civil disturbances' vol. 2; distributed by the Alabama Department for Public Safety during the 1960s civil rights era. This is one of a large number entries used for identifying civil rights activists. Each entry consists of one photograph and in many cases a text list of purported arrests, associates, and organizational affiliations. In addition to civil rights activists, a few entries were of individuals with American Nazi affiliations.
Note that it may still be copyrighted in jurisdictions that do not apply the rule of the shorter term for US works (depending on the date of the author's death), such as Canada (50 p.m.a.), Mainland China (50 p.m.a., not Hong Kong or Macao), Germany (70 p.m.a.), Mexico (100 p.m.a.), Switzerland (70 p.m.a.), and other countries with individual treaties.
