Guideline status of this page

I've removed this from Category:Wikiquote guidelines and added {{Proposed}} to this page because I cannot see any kind of community consensus that this guideline should be adopted. To me this just seems to be a slightly reworded version of W:WP:Ignore all rules, which is already included in Wikiquote:Policies and guidelines as a valid guideline. 192.76.8.85 13:55, 6 August 2022 (UTC)
