Thomas Earl Emmer Jr. (born March 3, 1961) is an American attorney and politician serving as the House Majority Whip since 2023 and the U.S. representative for Minnesota's 6th congressional district since January 2015. The district includes most of the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities|, as well as St. Cloud.
