Recommended order of cleanup templates

It is recommended that cleanup and other Wikiquote-maintenance templates be given in a specific order, roughly according to the seriousness of the issues involved:

1. Deletion templates: {{vfd}}, {{deletebecause}}, {{db}}
2. Templates raising Wikimedia policy concerns: {{checkcopyright}}, {{copyvio}}, {{npov}}
3. Merge templates (when applied to the whole page): {{merge}}, {{mergeto}}, {{mergefrom}}
4. Article introduction or {{no-intro}}
5. Cleanup templates (except {{no-intro}})
6. Stub templates
