Copyrights and NPOV

I've rewritten the introductory paragraph of this article for two critical reasons:

1. It appears to have been lifted wholesale from IMDb. This is a copyright violation.
2. Based on the information currently available at wikipedia:Rubin Carter, the boxer's guilt or innocence remains a controversy, so we cannot say that he was "wrongly imprisoned" (regardless of what IMDb says).

I acknowledge complete ignorance about this topic, so I certainly invite others to improve what I wrote. But the two basic WikiMedia principles of avoiding copyright infringement and keeping a neutral point of view must be observed. In the latter regard, since Wikiquote is not an appropriate forum to discuss the merits of the case, I highly recommend that we try to base any brief introduction on the information in Wikipedia's article. (If folks feel there is more to be said, it should be taken up there. Given the article's current neutrality-dispute tag, it's obviously far from a concluded debate.)
