Encyclical "Sapientiae Christianae"

The issue of the constituional right to the freedom of education for Roman Catholic parents and their families is a modern and actually debated matter. It was just forerunned in a 1890 document of the Pope St Leo XIII for which it is a part of the canon law, derived from the natural and divine order. It seems a good reason of encyclopedical relevance to cite the Pontifical document, despite it dates back to the year 1890.
