Merge proposal 2023-01-25 : Quran/On marriage to here. edit

Merge proposal. From a technical/structure viewpoint this article sitelinks to Marriage in Islam as does the newly created page by BurningLibrary Quran/On marriage. This is a strong indicator the pages should be merged. As a general principal the older page has more claim to be the target than the incoming page. There are added complications here as there seem to be some controversies and NPOV claims on this page. The styles on the two pages appear to be different. I personally have no great knowledge on Islam/Quran in general: I know a couple of things and I respect people who follow this religion in a reasonable way. As a fallback if there is no feedback I would attempt this merge to the best of my ability; but frankly I'd prefer someone else did it. If there needs to be multiple pages on quotes on the umbrella subject of Marriage in Islam then there should be a defined structure to ensure the relevant quotes go to the relevant page. Thankyou. -- User:Djm-leighpark(a)talk 22:17, 25 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
