I doubt that the views of this person, accidentally thrust into the limelight, are really noteworthy; notwithstanding his notable (mis)use as a stereotype. Neither of these criticisms appears to involve neutrality, so I am removing the POV tag. Ninguable, I don't think his notability is in question now that he is a commentator for a major website. Well, he achieved fame and "notability" as a result of being accidentally thrust into the limelight, and I certainly do not fault him for taking advantage of the situation. In my comment, which I did not express very well, I was thinking about quotability in the Wikiquote sense. I don't see it, not yet, but these sorts of statements might become more important if his insights into politics and international relations become more influential in the course of time. He may be remembered centuries hence as the man who came out of nowhere to change the face of the American republic. Or not. ~ Ningauble 18:48, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
