Talk:Information Warfare Community

Please don't delete it. We need to know where our hard earned tax dollars are going. We need to know the truth!

This article consists of exactly two very pedestrian quotations by non-notable people. The first one talks about the US intelligence community but not about this specific Navy project. The second one talks about Navy’s IW Pavilion during the 2022 Sea-Air-Space Exposition.
Oh, and then there were three utterly offtopic POV-pushing links, which I just removed and replaced with a link to Navy.
Wikipedia has an article on w:Information Warfare Community with RS-based information about this group. Wikiquote is a collection of notable and quotable quotes. I doubt this Navy program will ever inspire notable people to say quotable things about it; the topic is just too narrow and too mundane. HouseOfChange (talk) 20:06, 25 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
This page should not be deleted. To say that the two quotation on this page have nothing to do with the "Information Warfare Community" is simply not true. Such a comment can be viewed as either stupid & naive with good intentions, or as a great example of the propagandists modus operandi: 1) Make a fictitious/absurd claim, knowing that most readers will accept it as true, without bothering to questioning the claim. Our so called 'news media' outlets of the western world ARE apparently dominated by people very much into "Information Domination". Apparently with a mixture of good & bad intentions, they manipulate the people with false information by repeating the same lies over and over; lies such as "So & so is bad, & we are good."
Some believe that all those who are pushing lies to perpetuate war/conflict/militarism/profits - are mentioned in the first line of the U.S. military enlistment oath: I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic....
The truth will set us free. Hiding the truth is not a good thing. It is ironic that in the U.S. especially, deception on a grand scale is considered to be "Intelligence activities". It can be easily argued that those who support the mass deception operations, are "enemies" of not only the United States, but all of humanity. 24.42.166.244 17:06, 4 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
