This cannot be an accurate statement. "Protestants" are Christians who are not Catholic or, arguably, Eastern Orthodox. If the spirit of the statement is true, it would be simpler and more concise to say that it is recognized as part of the Old Testament only by the Catholic Church or that it is rejected as part of the Old Testament by all faiths except the Catholic Church. However, I remain skeptical that the spirit of the statement is true at all.
