Stephen Rotluanga

Stephen Rotluanga (8 June 1952–) is a Mizo Catholic prelate, dramatist, painter, sculptor, cartoonist, caricaturist and a self-taught architectural designer who serves as the Bishop of the Diocese of Aizawl.
