Commander Cody: Experimental unit Clone Force 99, they're defective clones with, uh...desirable mutations.

Captain Rex: 99, eh? Nice touch.

Commander Cody: They call themselves "The Bad Batch."

Wrecker: We always get shot down when we travel with the 'regs'.

Captain Rex: What took you so long, Wrecker?.

Wrecker: Hey, this is a "delicate operation".

A Distant Echo [7.02] edit

Anakin: Padmé, I'm so sorry. We didn't anticipate the Outer Rim Sieges would last this long.

Padmé: That would be why they call it a siege, Anakin.

Anakin: I know, I just thought I--

Padmé: You just thought you could bring a swift end to the conflict single-handedly.

Anakin: Yeah.

Padmé: I love you, Ani.

Anakin: I love you too.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: What is Anakin doing in there?

Rex: Ah, he's spot-checking my gear, sir.

Obi-Wan: [to Anakin] I hope you at least told Padmé I said hello.

Anakin Skywalker: You know me, Echo.

Admiral Trench: Never. Dooku would kill me for losing Anaxes.

Anakin Skywalker: And you think I won't?

Anakin Skywalker: [cuts off half of Trench's arms] I don't have such weaknesses! Now, let’s try that again.

Mace Windu: What is your plan?

Anakin Skywalker: Well, if it makes you feel any better, it isn't my plan.

Mace Windu: My name is General Mace Windu of the Jedi Order. At this point in the Clone War, I have dismantled and destroyed over 100,000 of you type 1 battle droids. I'm giving you an opportunity to peacefully lay down your weapons so that you may be reprogrammed to serve a better purpose than spreading mindless violence and chaos, which you have inflicted upon the galaxy.

Battle Droid: Blast them!

Obi-Wan Kenobi: Well, I guess it was worth a try.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: I see Anakin is being as insightful as ever.

Mace Windu: I was told not to worry. It was all part of their plan.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: If I know Anakin, we've got the easy part.

Wrecker: Please tell me we are blowing something up.

Anakin Skywalker: Sorry, Wrecker, this is strictly stealth.

Wrecker: I hate that word.

Wrecker: Time to release the wrecking ball! Yeah!! [laughing]

Anakin Skywalker: I've got a present for you, Wrecker. [presents a detonator]

Wrecker: Oh, seriously? I get to blow it up? The whole stinkin’ thing?! [Anakin smiles and gives him the detonator] This is the happiest day of my life. [he presses the detonator, and the entire Separatist fleet over Anaxes explodes]

Gone with a Trace [7.05] edit

Trace Martez: Woah! Where did you learn to fight like that?

Ahsoka: My older brother taught me.

Deal No Deal [7.06] edit

Mistakes are valuable lessons often learned too late.

Trace Martez: I can tell you've worked on starships before. That must have been some academy you went to topside.

Ahsoka: Yeah, the best.

Trace Martez: What was it called?

Ahsoka: Uh... Skywalker Academy.

Rafa Martez: You got any skills?

Ahsoka Tano: Only useful ones.

Dangerous Debt [7.07] edit

Who you were does not have to define who you are.

Rafa Martez: [tells a story of how her parents died] Afterward, the Jedi came back, and one of them came over to me. I'll never forget it. She was beautiful, dark robes contrasting against her light green skin. Penetrating eyes. She looked at me, and you know what she said? She said, "I had to make a choice, but not to worry, the Force will be with you." That's it. Then she was off.

Ahsoka Tano: In my life, when you find people who need your help, you help them, no matter what. I guess it's just who I am.

Together Again [7.08] edit

You can change who you are, but you cannot run from yourself.

Trace Martez: Why didn't you tell me?

Ahsoka Tano: How could I after what you told me about your parents?

Rafa Martez: Wait. So you're actually a Jedi?

Ahsoka Tano: Was a Jedi.

Rafa Martez: So you're not a Jedi?

Ahsoka Tano: I was trained. But I left.

Trace and Rafa: You can do that?

Rafa Martez: You might not think of yourself as a Jedi, but you act like one. Or at least how I want them to be.

Old Friends, Not Forgotten [7.09] edit

Anakin: What are you doing down there?

Obi-Wan: We are taking cover. Now get down!

Anakin: You're not serious. There's only a thousand droids down there, tops.

Anakin: I have come to surrender.

Battle Droid: Surrender? That's a relief.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: Bravo, Anakin. You've done it again.

Anakin Skywalker: Oh, I can't take all the credit. Your state of helplessness really sold them on my surrender talk.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: Always glad to help, my friend.

Anakin: All right, Admiral. What’s so important you brought us all the way back here?

[He stops himself when he saw Ahsoka in hologram who's turning to face him]

Ahsoka: Hello, Master. It’s been a while.

Anakin: Ah… Ahsoka. Wha… I don’t believe it! How are you? Where are you? Are… Are you okay?

Ahsoka: I’m all right. Thank you. I wish we had more time to talk, but I have urgent information for both of you.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: If Republic forces aid you in your assault, it will break treaties that are 100 years old. We will effectively be drawn into yet another war.

Bo-Katan Kryze: What's one more?

Anakin Skywalker: Well, we're not finished with our first one yet.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: I will advise the Jedi Council of this development.

Bo-Katan Kryze: There's no time! Maul's influence on Mandalore is destroying my people! He murdered their ruler, my sister! I thought she meant something to you!

Obi-Wan Kenobi: She did. And still does. But I cannot allow my feelings to cloud my judgement.

Clone 1: Commander.

Clone 2: Sir.

[Ahsoka is saluted by the Clones present]

Ahsoka: They shouldn’t salute me anymore. Not since I left the Order.

Anakin: It doesn’t matter to them. It’s a sign of respect. They know what you went through for them, day after day, battle after battle. Loyalty means everything to the clones.

Ahsoka: So that's it? You're going to abandon Bo-Katan and her people?

Obi-Wan: Ahsoka, surely you understand this is a pivotal moment in the Clone Wars. The heart of the Republic is under attack.

Ahsoka: I understand that, as usual, you're playing politics. This is why the people have lost faith in the Jedi. I had too, until I was reminded of what the Order means to people who truly need us.

Obi-Wan: Right now, the people of Coruscant need us.

Ahsoka: No. The Chancellor needs you.

Obi-Wan: That's not fair.

Ahsoka: I'm not trying to be.

Ahsoka: Thanks for the support, as always.

Anakin: That's what friends are for. [She smiles at him] If you’re going to face Maul, you’ll need these.

[Anakin presents Ahsoka with a small chest. She opens it and sees her old lightsabers] I took care of them. They’re good as new. [She ignites the lightsabers, which now sport blue blades instead of green] Maybe a little better.

Anakin: You capture Maul. I’ll take care of Grievous. [She turns them off and ties them to her belt] With any luck, this will all be over soon.

Ahsoka: Master Kenobi always said there’s no such thing as luck.

Anakin: Good thing I taught you otherwise.

Ahsoka: Anakin! [He stops and faces to her] Good luck. [He smiles at her and leaves the room]

Maul: I was hoping for Kenobi. Why are you here?

The Phantom Apprentice [7.10] edit

Maul: Ahsoka... Tano, is it? I can't say yours is a name familiar to me.

Ahsoka Tano: Well, I know you.

Maul: Yes, I imagine we have several mutual friends.

Ahsoka Tano: I wouldn't put it that way.

Maul: Of course not. But I'm afraid you're way of thinking is behind the times.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: I first learned the name from Count Dooku, though any chance of learning more about Sidious from Dooku has been lost.

Ahsoka Tano: Why?

Obi-Wan Kenobi: Because Count Dooku is dead. Anakin killed him while rescuing the Chancellor. With Dooku gone, we've lost a vital link to understanding the mystery of Darth Sidious.

Commander Rex: Sorry to interrupt, but there's been an attack.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: You had best go.

Ahsoka Tano: Tell Anakin...

Obi-Wan Kenobi: I will.

Sterling: Commander!

Ahsoka Tano: I’m here, Trooper. Sterling, isn’t it?

Sterling: Yes. You need to know. Maul-- he… [coughs] he went through us, one by one. He was asking about you. [coughs] The ARC Trooper, Jesse-- Maul realized he was older, somehow, looked in his mind… [coughs] …and he took him! He took Jesse alive!

Prime Minister Almec: Maul had a vision. A dream. The name came to him.

Ahsoka Tano: What name?

Almec: Skywalker.

Maul: I was certain that Kenobi would have come himself. Perhaps bring his loyal foal. Skywalker, is it?

Ahsoka Tano: Master Kenobi had a more important engagement.

Maul: Indeed. I wonder... The moment may be upon us.

[Maul Looks at the battlefield in the throne room on Mandalore with Ahsoka behind him]

Maul: Look at them, so blissfully ignorant.

Ahsoka Tano: Care to tell me what this is all about? Or would you rather save it for the Council?

Maul: Oh, no. No. You are the one that I wished to speak with. [turns around and walks to the throne] Were you not cast out of your Order?

Ahsoka Tano: I left voluntarily.

Maul: Yes, but you were motivated to leave by the hypocrisy of the Jedi Council.

[Ahsoka looks concerned]

Maul: We were both tools for greater powers.

Ahsoka Tano: I'm here to bring you to justice.

Maul: Justice is merely the construct of the current power base. A base which, according to my calculations, is about to change.

Ahsoka Tano: And Darth Sidious is behind it?

Maul: He is behind everything. In the shadows, always. But soon, very soon, he will reveal himself.

Ahsoka Tano: With your help, the Jedi can stop Sidious before it's too late!

Maul: Too late for what? The Republic to fall?! It already has, and you just can't see it! There's no justice! No law! No Order! Except for the one that will replace it!

Ahsoka Tano: [Looks confused]

Maul: The time of the Jedi has passed! They cannot defeat Sidious. [pauses] But together, you and I can.

[Ahsoka looks unsettled]

Maul: Every choice you have made... has led you to this moment. [lends out his hand to Ahsoka to join him]

Ahsoka Tano: I will help you.

[Maul Smiles]

Ahsoka Tano: But you must answer one question.

Maul: You have but to ask.

Ahsoka Tano: What do you want with Anakin Skywalker?

Maul: He is the key to everything.

Ahsoka Tano: To bring balance to the Force?

Maul: To destroy. He has long been groomed for his role as my master's new apprentice.

Ahsoka Tano: [Looks at Maul in shock and disbelief] You lie!

Maul: I'm afraid not. In fact, I was so certain of his fate that I orchestrated this war to lure him here with Kenobi to kill him. Thus, depriving Sidious of his prized pupil.

Ahsoka Tano: I know Anakin. [she ignites her lightsabers]

[Maul growls in disappointment]

Ahsoka Tano: Your vision is flawed.

Maul: I see the Padawan... needs one... last... lesson! [he ignites his double-bladed lightsaber and attacks Ahsoka]

Ahsoka Tano: You're lucky Anakin didn't show up. The way you're fighting, you wouldn't have lasted this long.

Maul: Oh, you have Kenobi's arrogance!

Ahsoka Tano: You'll find I have many qualities for you to dislike!

[Ahsoka has beaten Maul, keeping him suspended beneath the rafters with the Force]

Maul: Let me go! Let me die!

[Two LAAT/i gunships flank Maul for capture as Ahsoka continues to hold him]

Maul: YOU'RE ALL GOING TO BURN!! WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE!!!! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!!

Shattered [7.11] edit

[Maul has been imprisoned in a device]

Ahsoka Tano: Impressive. I suspect even Maul couldn't get out of there.

Bo-Katan Kryze: A relic of a bygone era when Mandalorians had reason to imprison you Force-wielding maniacs.

Bo-Katan Kryze: You actually captured him. I'm impressed.

Ahsoka Tano: That is what the Council wanted.

Bo-Katan Kryze: Still. You succeeded where many have failed.

Ahsoka Tano: I've learned from the best, including you.

Bo-Katan Kryze: I wish I was good at something other than war.

Yoda: A great service to the Republic, you have done.

Ahsoka Tano: I did my duty as a citizen.

Yoda: Not as a Jedi.

Ahsoka Tano: No. Not yet.

[After leaving Mandalore on the Venator-class Star Destroyer Tribunal]

Rex: Something on your mind?

Ahsoka: As a Jedi, we were trained to be keepers of the peace, not soldiers. But all I've been since a Padawan is a soldier.

Rex: Well, I've known no other way. Gives us clones all a mixed feeling about the war. Many people wished it never happened. But without it, us clones wouldn't exist.

Ahsoka: Well, then perhaps some good has come from all of it. The Republic couldn't have asked for better soldiers, nor I a better friend.

[Ahsoka and Maul hear voices through the Force]

Darth Sidious (Ian McDiarmid): You must choose!

Mace Windu (Samuel L. Jackson): Don't listen to him, Anakin!

Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christiansen): It's not the Jedi way. He must live!

Mace Windu: He's too dangerous to be left alive!

Darth Sidious: Please don't!

Anakin Skywalker: I need him!

Darth Sidious: UN-LI-MI-TED... POWWEEERRR! [Ahsoka clutches her head in pain, closing her eyes]

Anakin Skywalker (Matt Lanter): What have I done?!

Ahsoka Tano: [horrified] Anakin?

Darth Sidious: Execute Order 66.

Rex: Yes, Lord Sidious.

[Ahsoka enters the bridge]

Ahsoka: Rex, it's Anakin. I feel like something terrible has happened. [she notices Rex is shaking; he drops his helmet as the other clone troopers raise their blasters at her] Rex?

Rex: [to the other clones] No! I'll do it.

Ahsoka: Rex, what's happening?

Rex: [draws his pistols on her] Stay back! [struggling to speak, with tears in his eyes] Find him. Find him. Fives. Find him! FIVES!!! [Rex and the clones open fire]

Rex: We know Ahsoka Tano is on board. She's been marked for termination by Order 66. Under this directive, any and all Jedi leadership must be executed for treason against the Republic. Any soldier who does not comply with the order will also be executed for treason. Understood?

Clone Troopers: Yes, sir!

[Ahsoka frees Maul from captivity]

Maul: You survived.

Ahsoka: [holds her lightsaber to his throat] Is this your doing? Choose your words carefully.

Maul: No, it was not my doing. I do not know what has occurred, but surely you have felt it; the voices crying out, the death.

Ahsoka: The clones turned against me, even Rex. I don't know why, they just suddenly weren't themselves.

Maul: [laughs madly] Brilliant. Brilliant! [chuckles] I was not privy to my master's plan, but now, now I see it. He turned the Jedi's own army against them.

Ahsoka Tano: I am one with the Force and the Force is with me.

Ahsoka: Rex? Are you okay?

Rex: Yeah. Yeah, kid. I'm okay. I'm sorry for what happened earlier. I almost killed you.

Ahsoka: How widespread is this?

Rex: Ahsoka, it's all of us. The entire Grand Army of the Republic has been ordered to hunt down and destroy the Jedi Knights.

Victory and Death [7.12] edit

Rex: Did you hear Maul also escaped?

Ahsoka: He didn't escape. I let him out.

Rex: What? Why?

Ahsoka: Diversion. Come on!

Rex: [to himself] That's one word for it.

Rex: Hangar bay doors are sealed. They've got everything locked down. If they weren't trying to kill us, I'd be proud.

Rex: So what do we do? Fight our way to the shuttle?

Ahsoka: There are too many. Besides, I don't wanna hurt them.

Rex: I hate to tell you this, but they don't care! This ship is going down and those soldiers-- my brothers-- are willing to die and take you and me along with them!

[Ahsoka pauses, then she removes Rex's helmet. Rex sheds a single tear.]

Ahsoka: You're a good soldier, Rex. So is every one of those men down there. They may be willing to die, but I am not the one who is going to kill them.

Rex: HOLD YOUR FIRE!

Jesse: Hang on. We have Tano and the Commander. Send all remaining troops to my position.

Rex: I said hold your fire, Jesse! I have the situation under control.

Jesse: You have your order, sir. Now execute it, or I will.

Rex: The order was to execute the Jedi for treason against the Republic. The problem is, Ahsoka Tano is no longer a Jedi. Hasn't been for some time.

Jesse: Sir, you said yourself that we are under special order from Darth Sidious to eliminate Ahsoka Tano and any other clone that disobeys Order 66.

Ahsoka: Just keep them talking a little bit longer.

Rex: Jesse. Jesse, listen to me. We've known each other a long time. If we don't get this right, we will be the ones committing treason, not her.

Jesse: [After thinking for a moment] Commander Rex, you're in violation of Order 66. I accuse you of treason against the Grand Army of the Republic. You'll be demoted in rank from Commander and subject to execution along with the traitor, Ahsoka Tano.

Ahsoka: Ready?

Rex: Yeah, I didn't much like being a commander, anyway.
