  • Enemy: Spider-Man!
  • Spider-Man: No autographs, thank you.
  • Tour Guide: Press the square button to attack. I'm sorry, am I going too fast for you? Plus there are two more attack buttons. Try using it now.
  • Tour Guide: Man! You sure you're getting hit a lot. By the way, there's a dodge button to leave those obstacles out of way. Hold down the L1 button when you see it.
  • Tour Guide: Did you see that counterattack icon? Yep, that's the counter-attack icon. Yeah! Hit the square button and to knock back with your opponent. By the way, some counter-attacks are unblockable.
  • Tour Guide: I was going to consider myself a fine judge of a talent boy, but, okay. You don't have much. But look, I'll work with you. In few sets of enemies, I want you to follow the instructions on your screen. Perform all the move listed to move on.
  • Tour Guide: Not bad. Go on. Hey, you're getting better at this!
  • Tour Guide: All right, stop what you're doing. You'd better go investigate who is blowing up this building and save the day. I'll open the door for you.
  • Tour Guide: Uh... you need to go up. Higher, please?
  • Tour Guide: You got to take care of these bombs, just crawl up the wall onto the ceiling. You need to be on the ceiling to eliminate those bombs.
  • Tour Guide: Oh, this icon means you'll perform a web interaction. Hold the circle button to web this thing up.
  • Tour Guide: If you can spin those guys around with your web, it's very easy to use it. Give it a try.
  • Tour Guide: Press the L2 button to sprint faster.
  • Spider-Man: If I would be able to pull these pipes down, and I bet the water would douse it quickly.
  • Tour Guide: Once you've jumped in mid-air, you can press the X button again to do double-jump. Otherwise, it'll be known as "breaking the laws of physics". But don't worry, you almost got this.
  • Tour Guide: You can jump higher by holding down the X button. Get it? Higher, longer! If you hold it down long enough, you'll jump every small buildings in single bound. But you can't be that guy who don't know how to jump, right? (laughs) I'm sorry that I've offended you.
  • Tour Guide: Okay, now get ready! You're about to perform the heroic agility and speed. But don't let it get over your head, okay?
  • Woman: Help! Please! Someone!
  • Spider-Man: Faster than your seatbelt! It will shake!
  • Spider-Man: Thank you for choosing air Mr. Superhero!
  • Spider-Man: Just another day in the life of your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Lately, things have been going my way. I got the girl and New York finally likes me. Not that there aren't problems, like this new guy, Eddie Brock at the Daily Bugle. He's really starting to get on my nerves. Harry, my best friend won't talk to me. On top of that, new gangs have moved in and they're dividing up the city. Still, it's nothing I can't handle. One weird thing, there haven't been any big super villains around since Doctor Octavius. I have this bad feeling like the sky's gonna fall or something and soon.
  • Tour Guide: Pressing the R2 button to shoot out a web line where you can swing from, then hold down the R2 button to aim your web line.
  • Tour Guide: Before the trick was swinging is that you'll need something to swing from. But you can't do that as always. Now, make sure if there was a building or something nearby where you want to swing, all right? Give it a try.
  • Tour Guide: Hey, did you see that destination marker on the screen? It's letting you know that if you're being interested into, like tourists... either way.
  • Tour Guide: You can use your left stick to aim your web line. If you want to go left, push left or you want to push right. But you'll get the idea. Push the stick in the direction you want to go.
  • Tour Guide: So that now if you want to go faster through the street, try boosting near the bottom with your swing arc. This will propel you forward. If you want to gain a little more height, try boosting near at the end of your swing arc.
  • Tour Guide: Swinging is not that easy. I know. I have done this myself. But it takes some practice for you to swing better. Oh, and watch out for buildings!
  • Tour Guide: if you want to navigate this grand old city, press the map button.
  • Tour Guide: As you can see there are many activities that represents the missions, you can find yourself by looking at the map and use one of the buttons on the screen that cycle through them. Try it.
  • Tour Guide: Once you've found a mission you'd like to try, you can press the X button to mark it. When you'd leave the zoom map, an indicator will be on the screen that'll show you how to find that marker.
  • Tour Guide: That's the zoom map. It's a hard feature. So if you're not sure what to do next, remember, you can look up your options. In order to save the city, you better do it!
