Sir John Harvey-Jones MBE (16 April 1924 – 9 January 2008) was an English sailor, submariner, intelligence officer and businessman. He was the chairman of Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) from 1982 to 1987. He was best known by the public for his BBC television show, Troubleshooter, in which he advised struggling businesses.
