Roza Otunbayeva

President of Kyrgyzstan

Roza Otunbayeva [Роза Исаковна Отунбаева] (born 23 August 1950) is the head of a provisional government in Kyrgyzstan, following the series of riots which led to the ousting of President Kurmanbek Bakiyev. She is a former foreign minister and head of the parliamentary caucus for the Social Democratic Party of Kyrgyzstan.
