Rosemary Nansubuga Seninde, also Rosemary Nansubuga Sseninde (née Rosemary Nansubuga) (born 7 January 1965), is a Ugandan educator and politician. She was the State Minister for Primary Education in the Ugandan Cabinet for five years.
