Filipino Roman Catholic Bishop and Cardinal (born 1959)
Cardinal Pablo Virgilio Siongco David (2 March 1959–) is a Filipino prelate of the Roman Catholic Church who serves as the bishop of the Diocese of Kalookan and as the president of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines. Pope Francis named him as a Cardinal and will be elevated to the College of Cardinals on December 8, 2024.
