Owen Francis Langan
Owen Francis Langan (1884-1963) was an athlete and was a partner in the Vitagraph Studios in Jersey City, New Jersey. He was set to participate in the 1908 Summer Olympics in track and field, when he was injured in a trolley accident. He later became a construction contractor working in Jersey City and Boston, Massachusetts. He later joined the Federal Housing Administration in Newark, New Jersey.
