Nayib Armando Bukele Ortez (born 24 July 1981) is a Salvadoran politician who has served as president of El Salvador since 1 June 2019. He previously served as mayor of Nuevo Cuscatlán from 2012 to 2015 and as mayor of San Salvador from 2015 to 2018.
