Mohamed Ould Ghazouani (Arabic: محمد ولد الشيخ محمد أحمد ولد الغزواني; born 4 December 1956) is a Mauritanian politician who currently serves as the 9th and current Prime Minister of Mauritania since 1 August 2019. He previously served as the Defence Minister for Mauritania in 2018–2019 and Chief of Staff of the Army in 2008–2018.
