Manuel Fraga Iribarne
Spanish politician (1922–2012)
Manuel Fraga Iribarne (Vilalba,November, 23 1922 – Madrid, January, 15th 2012) was a politician and Spanish diplomat during Franco's dictatorship, the transition and later democracy years.
