Lourdes Aflague "Lou" Leon Guerrero (born 8 November 1950) is a Guamanian politician. She currently serves as the current Governor of Guam since 7 January 2019. She served 5 terms as a senator in the Guam Legislature from 1995 to 2007 and served for 14 years as president and CEO of the Bank of Guam.
