Losang Jamcan, also spelled Losang Gyaltsen (Tibetan: བློ་བཟང་རྒྱལ་མཚན); (Chinese: 洛桑江村) (born July 1957), is a Chinese politician of Tibetan ethnicity who is currently a vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and the chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Tibet Autonomous Region. He previously served as the mayor of Lhasa, and later as the chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region.
