King of Isin

Lipit-Ishtar (Akkadian: Lipit-Ištar; fl. c. 1870 BCE – c. 1860 BCE by the short chronology of the ancient near east) was the 5th king of the First Dynasty of Isin.


  • Atta-mannum, who pleases his lord, is a better servant to his lord than you! Why is it that you have not been avenging your lord, and not keeping me informed?
