Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar

Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar (Urdu: خلیل الرحمان قمر‎) is a conservative Pakistani writer, director, lyricist and occasional actor known for some of popular Pakistani dramas and some of surrounding controversies.
